【禁聞】中共造白色恐怖 八九學運領袖被捕

【新唐人2011年3月31日訊】四川異見人士、前八九學運領袖丁矛和陳衛,最近相繼被四川當局以「煽動顛覆國家政權」罪名逮捕。他們與四川作家冉雲飛一起,成為大陸首批因為涉及「中國茉莉花運動」而被批捕起訴的民主人士。輿論認為,當局想藉此形成白色恐怖,嚴厲打壓大陸的民主浪潮。

據香港「中國人權民運信息中心」的消息,前八九學運領袖、四川民主人士丁矛因為在網上響應和轉發「中國茉莉花集會」的相關信息,2月19號被四川綿陽警方刑事拘留。3月28號,丁矛的妻子馮霞被告知,丁矛已被正式逮捕,罪名是「煽動顛覆國家政權罪」。

與丁矛有忘年之交的四川著名右派、異見學者張先痴對《蘋果日報》表示,丁矛轉發「茉莉花集會」消息無罪,這是憲法賦予公民的權利,當局「完全是莫須有」。

丁矛因此成為繼冉雲飛之後,大陸第二位因「茉莉花集會」而被正式逮捕的民主人士,他們同樣是以「煽動顛覆國家政權罪」的理由被逮捕。

現年43歲的丁矛,曾參加1989年的學生民主運動,擔任蘭州高自聯主席,後來被當局拘禁1年。1992年,他又因為組建「中國社會民主黨」被判刑7年。出獄後繼續致力於民主運動。

就在公眾聲援冉雲飛和丁矛,要求當局將他釋放的時候,同樣也是前八九學運領袖的另一位四川異見人士陳衛,29號被四川遂寧當局批捕,成為大陸第三位因「茉莉花集會」而被逮捕的民主人士。四川成為大陸嚴重打壓民主思潮的地區。

陳衛現年42歲,八九民運期間,發起成立北京理工大學自治聯合會,被當局以「反革命宣傳煽動罪」判刑5年,陳衛出獄後繼續從事民主運動,2月22號他被當局抓捕。

根據大陸刑法,「煽動顛覆國家政權罪」一旦罪名成立,刑期至少5年。在此之前,3月25號,四川當局就曾以「煽動顛覆國家政權」罪名,重判四川民主人士劉賢斌10年徒刑。

《蘋果日報》報導,據海外關注組織指證,大陸至少有上千人因為參與或涉及「茉莉花集會」,而被逮捕、拘留、監視居住或「被失蹤」,不少網民僅因「翻牆」到海外網站,就被警察傳訊。網民形容這是:「白色恐怖前所未見」。據不完全統計,除已被批捕的冉雲飛、丁矛和陳衛之外,還有6人被以「煽動或顛覆國家政權」罪名刑拘,另有14人被以「危害公共安全」等罪名刑拘。

《法國國際廣播電臺》分析指出,就在3月27號,「被失蹤」的著名維權律師高智晟,獲得總部設於英國倫敦的言論自由出版組織——「查禁目錄」(Index on Censorship)的「賓德曼法律與活動獎」。報導說,中共當局這時批捕冉雲飛等人,有可能是藉此對這一頒獎活動進行對抗。

1989 Student Movement Leaders Arrested

Leaders of the 1989 Student Movement,

Ding Mao and Chen Wei, are arrested recently

for “subversion of state power.”

Together with writer Ran Yunfei, they are

the first victims of "China's Jasmine rallies".

Beijing uses this excuse to attack democracy.

According to a Hong Kong information center,

Ding Mao, former student leader in 1989,

was detained in Sichuang for forwarding messages

on China's Jasmine Rally.

On Mach 29, Ding's wife confirmed his arrest

for the charge of “subversion of state power.”

Ding's friend, dissident Zhang Xianchi, said

that passing information on a rally

is a citizen's constitutional right.

The authority fabricated the charge for Ding.

Ding was arrested after Ran Yunfei.,Both

are charged with “subversion of state power.”

Ding, 43, was a leader of 1989 Student Movement

in Lanzhou City, and was jailed for one year

as a result. In 1992, he was sentenced to 7 years for

establishing "Social Democratic Party".

He continued democratic activities later.

Chen Wei, also a 1989 student leader,

openly supported Ran and Ding.

Chen's arrest was confirmed on March 29.

Chen is the third "Jasmine" victim in Sichuan.

Sichuan becomes a place of attack on democracy.

Chen Wei, 42, led a Beijing student alliance in 89.

He was sentenced to 5 years in prison.and

continued democratic activities after his release.

The charge “subversion of power” will lead

to sentencing of at least 5 years. On March 25,

Sichuan authorities used this charge

to sentence dissident Liu Xianbin to 10 years.

Apple Daily said at least a thousand people have

been detained or arrested for “Jasmine gathering.”

Many received fines for reading censored websites.

One netizen calls it “unprecedented white terror.”

In addition to Ran, Ding and Chen, six others

were arrested for “subversion of state power”

and 14 were arrested for “risking public safety.”

RFI radio said on March 27 that missing

rights lawyer Gao Zhisheng was given

the Bindmans Law and Campaigning Award

by the London-based Index on Censorship.

The Chinese authority's recent arrests

could be a form of protest to this award.
