【禁聞】中共大整網路公關行為 難服眾

【新唐人2011年4月16日訊】中共當局又展開專項行動,整治「網路公關行為」,有學者和網路工作者表示,最大的「網路水軍」或製造者,目前來說是中共政府,如大量的「五毛黨」,因此民眾對政府的取締難以信服。請看報導。

中共工信部、公安部、工商總局和中共中央對外宣傳辦公室,最近聯手推出一個為期兩個月的全國專項行動,準備從四月中旬起大力整治「網路公關行為」。

官方媒體對外表示:中國近些年來出現了網路水軍、網路推手,和刪帖公司等各種網路公關機構和個人,他們炒作製造虛假新聞,敲詐勒索,打擊競爭對手,非法牟取利益。

香港「互聯網協會」會長莫乃光表示,在大陸,可能因為法制的問題,很多公司和商人不管用什麼方法,只要能達到目地,不擇手段,都可以來做。這類行為其實並不只侷限於網路。

莫乃光認為,「網路公關」本身並不違法,在全世界都有!香港和外國公司都常常利用互聯網進行危機處理和公關活動。

湖北省網路工作者、「民生觀察」網站負責人劉飛躍指出,應該說,最大的網路水軍或製造者,目前來說是中共政府。推特上面有大量的「五毛」,不僅僅是批評,甚至使用下流的語言進行辱駡。

一些網路工作者和學者認為,政府本身就在大量使用網路水軍、也就是所謂的「五毛黨」來宣傳當局立場、抵毀異議人士,並大量刪除對當局不滿的消息和評論,因此當局很難具有說服力。

一群匿名的互聯網用戶在網上,倡議在大陸許多城市舉行星期日「散步」活動以來。中共對互聯網的控制就越來越廣、越來越嚴。自2月中旬,數十名異議人士、人權活動家和著名博客主被逮捕或失蹤。

四川成都作家、著名博客作者冉雲飛,於2月21號被刑拘,3月25號被當局正式逮捕,罪名是“煽動顛覆國家政權罪”。四川維權人士丁矛也以同樣罪名被正式批捕。許多維權人士的電腦或硬碟被警方搜查,或被扣留。

德國《金融時報》認為,這一波逮捕和審查的背景,與北非革命和網上呼籲中國民眾抗議有關。

「中國人權觀察」組織也證實,中國吉林一名叫「雁南飛」的網民,3月22號晚被一夥自稱警察的人從居所帶走,至今下落不明。當時,她正在跟網友聊天,討論為被拘押的北京異議人士李海聘請律師的事情。

著名網路作家田奇莊對《美國之音》表示,當下中国(共)互聯網言論自由的空間越來越小。田奇莊在網上發表的文章最近有不少被網警刪除。

香港中文大學新聞學院教授邱林川也表示,如今中國的許多社交網站名存實亡,審查的倖存者們生存在巨大的陰影中。

多年來,「記者無疆界」組織一直把中共列入“互聯網的敵人”國家名單中。今年最新一期報告已經出爐。中共被評為大面積實行互聯網管制,和過濾措施的十個“互聯網敵人”國家之一。
