【禁聞】浙奔馳男打幼女輾人 喊我爸是市長

【新唐人2011年9月21日訊】李雙江兒子打人風波餘音未了，浙江溫州又出了一個90後「奔馳男」，因為停車糾紛，打傷店主1歲半的女兒，駕車逃跑中碾傷一位路見不平攔車的市民，還高喊「我爸是市長」，而他的父親竟然說這本來是件小事。官二代、富二代仗勢欺人，視他人的生命如草芥，激起國內民憤。

上海「奧迪男」拒付停車費，9月15號碾死女收費員。剛過去沒幾天，18號晚10點多，在溫州市區的江濱路，19歲高三學生馬文聰開著奔馳越野車，載著女友準備到東都大廈的一家按摩店放鬆。

馬文聰想把車停在路邊小賣部店門口，結果車頭撞倒了門前的礦泉水箱和廣告牌，店主劉秀英出去試圖阻擋，奔馳車反而繼續往前衝，劉秀英被嚇到了。

店主劉秀英：「我說你壓到牌子了還想壓我人啊，他就很快的下來，我人都不認識的，他很快衝進來一腳踢那個木板，亂扔電話又敲又砸，我小孩就在這裡，他看見沒甚麼東西了，都被他扔了，他就拿計算器砸了我女兒的頭。」

劉秀英年僅18個月的女兒阿寶當時「哇哇」大哭，頭部太陽穴附近被砸破一公分長的口子，血流滿面。馬文聰拿出300元想了事，沒有如願後就想開車逃跑。一位路見不平的市民吳曉丹和朋友攔住馬文聰不讓走。

吳曉丹妹妹：「(我哥哥)說先把小孩的問題解決好了你再走，那個男的就開車撞，衝向前去把他衝倒了，躺在地上了，他又倒車回來，不顧一切開過去了，這個行為太惡劣了。」

吳曉丹大腿被壓在車輪下，馬文聰又倒車再次碾壓，導致吳曉丹左股骨粗隆骨折、左脛腓骨骨折，腹內也有出血，隨後他就失去了知覺，送到醫院時已處於失血性休克狀態。

周圍10多位市民圍上來，抓住了馬文聰。據現場多位目擊者說，馬文聰當時氣焰囂張，高喊：「我爸是市長！」民眾義憤填膺，扭住他不放。警方趕來後控制了馬文聰和他同車的女友林賽雯。

發到微博上的一張照片顯示，警察與馬文聰在警車後座勾肩搭背輕鬆說笑。警方解釋說，協警按住他的肩膀是提醒當事人低下頭。網友質疑警方的說法低估了網民的智商。

市民們群情激憤，上千市民圍堵警車，把馬文聰困在警車內5個多小時，直到凌晨3點半，人群才逐漸散去。馬文聰駕駛的140多萬的奔馳車，已被憤怒的市民砸的不成樣子。

目前，馬文聰因涉嫌故意傷害罪已被刑事拘留。經了解，馬文聰是一名高三在讀學生，92年出生，他的父親馬子光是溫州江達電器有限公司董事長。

中華文化復興研究院院長李伯淳：「官二代、富二代再加上這90後，多數都缺乏道德教育、法制教育，當然也很缺乏愛心教育，他們才會造成這樣的現象，確實很需要道德回歸。」

《人民網》報導，馬子光19號為兒子辯解說，這本來是件小事，就因為有人造謠說我兒子說「我爸是市長」，才鬧大了。

國內各大論壇的網民都被激怒了，一些網友說：「2歲小孩兒也打？」「喪心病狂了！」「衙內們越來越猖狂了，老百姓怎麼活啊。」「人心思變，邪惡不可能長久。」

但是，網民很多更敏感的發言都遭到了刪除。外界指出，富二代、官二代囂張跋扈，頻頻挑戰法律和道德底線，折射出中國社會權錢勾結、官民對立、司法腐敗、社會不公、沒有言論自由的嚴酷現實。

前《中國民營》雜誌記者劉逸明：「中國是等級森嚴的一個社會，說起來是人人平等，實際上是人分三、六、九等，你有權有勢你就可以胡作非為，既使違法犯罪也可以逍遙法外，根源當然是這個社會體制。有權有勢的孩子也變得非常囂張，他們覺得有權有錢就可以走遍天下、打遍天下。」

前《中國民營》雜誌記者劉逸明表示，在宛如獸類叢林的中國社會，富二代、官二代、名二代肇事醜聞源源不斷，公眾的仇富、仇官怒火也會火上潑油越燃越高。

just because of parking dispute in Wenzhou, Zhejiang.

When escaping, he crushed a man who tried to stop him,

and shouted “My father is mayor.”

More surprisingly, his father said this was a small thing.

In China, more and more second-generations of wealthy and

privileged take advantage of normal people and treat other』s

lives like ants. Their behaviors spark public anger in China.

Sep. 15, an “Audi Man” refused to pay the parking fee

and crushed a female toll collector in Shanghai.

Just few days later, similar things happened in Wenzhou, China.

On Sep. 18, around 10:00pm, Ma Wencong drove his girlfriend

by a Mercedes-Benz SUV to a massage store in DongDu building.

Ma is a 19-year-old high school student.

Ma wanted to park the car outside a small grocery shop,

but knocked down the billboard and bottle water』s boxes.

The shop owner Liu Xiuying was trying to stop him,

but he was continuing to drive forward, which scared Liu.

Grocery Store Owner Liu Xiuying: “I said, 『you crushed

the billboard, do you want to crush me also.』

He get off the car quickly, rushed into the store,

kicked the board, threw the telephone away.

My baby was over there. After he couldn』t find anything more

to throw away, he hit my baby』s head by a calculator.”

The 18-month-old baby girl cried. A 1cm long cut was left at

her temple, and her face was soaked with blood.

Ma took out RMB 300 Yuan trying in vain to settle the matter.

Then, he wanted to drive away.

A citizen Wu Xiaodan with a friend stopped Ma from leaving.

Wu Xiaodan』s sister: “(my brother) said you can』t leave

before you solved the baby』s matter. Then, the man (Ma)

rushed forward with his car, and crushed my brother down.

He then run over my brother who was still on the ground.

This behavior is too vicious.”

Wu Xiaodan』s thigh was crushed under the wheels twice.

He lost his feeling. His left femur fractured,

left tibia and fibula fractured, there』s blooding in his abdomen.

He was hemorrhagically shocked when sent to hospital.

A dozen of people around grabbed Ma Wencong.

According to the witnesses, Ma was swollen with arrogance

and shouted, “My afther is mayor.”

People there were very angry, and didn』t let Ma go.

Finally, police came and held Ma and his girlfriend Lin Saiwen.

A photo on a micro-blog shows the police sat together with

Ma Wencong in the back seat of the police car,

with an arm on his shoulder. Ma looks very relax.

Police said it was the policeman who pressed Ma』s shoulder

to let his head bowed. Netizens questioned the police』s saying

as underestimating the public intelligence.

Thousands of enraged citizens rounded the police car,

and didn』t let Ma go for more than 5 hours until 3:30 am.

Ma』s Mercedes-Benz which valued RMB 1.4 million yuan,

was smashed out of shape by surrounded people.

Currently, Ma Wencong is under criminal detention with

suspected mayhem. Ma is a 3rd grade high school student.

He was born in 1992. His father Ma Ziguang is the board

chairman of Wenzhou Jiangda Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd..

Li bochun, Director of Chinese culture renaissance Institute:

“The 2nd-generation of wealthy and privileged plus post-90s,

most of them lack of moral education, legal education,

of course love education, which lead to today』s phenomenon.

(China) really needs to return to morality.”

People』s Net reported, Ma Ziguang commented on Sep. 19

that this was supposed to be a small thing,

but was amplified just because somebody spread the rumor

that my son said 『My father is Mayor.”

The netizens of major Chinese forums are angered.

Some of them said, “Even beat a baby of 2-year-old?”

“It』s frenzied!”, “The CCP members are more and more ruthless,

how can our ordinary folks survive!”

“People dream changes. The evil can』t last for too long.”

However, many sensitive comments by netizens were deleted

by the forum moderators.

Analysts pointed out that the arrogance and domineering of

the 2nd-generation of wealthy and privileged people

challenge the bottom line of the legal and moral systems.

It reflects the harsh realities in China presently, that is,

power colluding with money, officials confronting the public,

judicial corruption, social injustice, and no freedom of speech.

Liu Yiming, the former journalist of China Private magazine:

“China is a hierarchical society. It said equal, but in fact

the people were divided into different classes.

You can do anything you want if you are in the power class,

even if you commit a crime. The root cause is the social system.

So, the children of power class are also very arrogant, they feel

the world will listen to them if they have the power and money.”

Reporter Liu Yiming says that Chinese society is just like a jungle

full of beasts. Scandals of the children of wealthy and privileged

are mushrooming nowadays. Public anger is like fire.
