Hu Deping: 96% of CCP Officials Are Corrupt

Hu Deping is the eldest son of Hu Yaobang,

former leader of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

Recently he revealed that 96% of CCP's officials are corrupt

and keeping mistresses, and that all CCP media are deceitful to the Chinese people.

Hu's microblog posting shocked communities,

both in China and overseas.

Comments say Hu Deping and Liu Yuan, son of former CCP

leader Liu Shaoqi, echo Hu Jintao's anti-corruption words.

This might indicate dissatisfaction from CCP top-level with

staff arrangements of Jiang's Clique for CCP 18th congress.

According to kdnet.net, on the evening of January 25,

Hu Deping revealed some truth on his Sina microblog.

"All our media are full of lies! Not even one honest word.

Full of bragging and eulogizing.

96% of our officials are corrupt and keeping mistresses.

Such doings are dangerous.

We are indebted too much to the people!

Don't always think people a fool!

I advise some officials to not be obsessed

with power so much.

The Gaddafi's death scene, his bloody face is still fresh.

When the people don't go with us, it's all over for us!"

Nearly 70-year-old, Hu Deping is a Standing Committee'

member of CCP National Committee of Political Consultative Conference,

and vice chairman of the Economic Commission.

Gao Yu is a former reporter of Xinhua news agency,

and a deputy chief editor of Economics Weekly.

Gao says that Hu's exposure before18th congress

is certainly not groundless.

Gao Yu: "The facts he revealed have never been reported

by CCP's official media.

The figure is definitely from a reliable source,

as Hu himself is a high-ranking CCP official.

I feel really shocked with the figure,

don't you think the CCP has rotted to the core?

For its 18th congress this year,

how can this party still be eligible to govern China?"

Canyu.org reviews Hu's self-reported dirty linen, saying

it clearly shows a discontent with scheduled CCP central personnel arrangement for its 18th Congress.

This is indirectly addressed towards Xi Jinping,

and indicates the strong dissent inside the CCP.

Thus new wave of violent storms

are expected ahead of the18th congress.

Zhu Jianguo, independent scholar in Shenzhen, thinks many

officials inside the CCP system do not accept Xi Jinping.

Zhu Jianguo: "Now even Liu Yuan also jumps out, why?

The CCP has no power man.

The incoming 18th congress has the poorest stability

of CCP top-level in its history.

Xi doesn't have any political achievements, his US visit is to

gain extra points against the dissatisfaction inside the CCP.”

Hu Jintao gave an important speech at the 7 plenary session

of CCP Central Discipline Inspection Commission on Jan. 9.

He emphasized the urgency of building a clean and honest

CCP's admininstration and anti-corruption.

Hu's speech highlighted CCP governance' crisis, indicating

the 18th congress would be led by the anti-corruption theme.

Later on, major military heads promoted by Jiang Zemin

expressed support to Hu Jintao.

Such as Guo Boxiong, Xu Caihou, Li Jinai

and other army leaders.

Liu Yuan, political commissar at Army General Logistics Dept.,

recently appealed to 600 army officers to fight corruption.

Liu said that the corruption has threatened

the survival of CCP and the army.

And that he would risk even his position

in this life-and-death struggle against corruption.

Sydney Morning Herald reviewed that an anti-corruption

campaign in the military before 18th congress might alter the tense balance of power in the CCP's factions.

This involves Hu Jintao, his predecessor Jiang Zemin

and the anointed successor, Xi Jinping.

Zhu Jianguo expects personnel changes from Jiang's Clique

before CCP 18th congress, based on recent developments.

Since October 2011, when seen at the Chinese Revolution

Centennial, Jiang Zemin has not shown up in public.

Hong Kong's Outpost Magazine quoted Beijing sources,

saying that Jiang's health had deteriorated further.

During last Christmas,

Jiang was admitted to the 301 Military Hospitals.
