【禁聞】烏坎村委將重選 村民不接受

【新唐人2011年12月30日訊】曾令全球聚焦的廣東烏坎村民抗暴事件似乎暫告一段落。12月28號中共當局對烏坎村2月份的換屆選舉認定為違法，將重新選舉。烏坎村民表示，土地沒處理好，他們不會接受選舉，如果當局選自己的人，村民將繼續上訪。分析指出，如果當局採用欺騙手段將帶來更大的農民抗暴運動。

《南方網》報導，28號廣東省工作組在烏坎村委會召開「省工作組村委換屆選舉問題小組情況通報會」，決定2月份烏坎村第5屆換屆選舉違法，將重新選舉。

烏坎村民指出，土地沒處理好，他們不接受選舉。

烏坎村民：「我們還沒有說要選舉，那土地現在還都沒有處理好，我們不選舉如果土地處理好了，要選舉了那我們民選嘛，全村的人來投票嘛，不能給他說要選誰就選誰。」

通報會上，東海鎮黨委宣佈成立烏坎村黨總支，暫時接替烏坎村委會工作。

烏坎村民：「他們選自己的嘛，選那些以前的黨員，以前的那些幹部嘛。我們不會接受的。這個還要再看一下，看那些村代表怎麼說啦，如果不答應，我們還要繼續又要上訪了。」

報導說，烏坎村「兩委」成員，各村民小組長、副組長、會計，村民代表，上訪群眾代表等100多人聽取了情況通報，200多名村民旁聽了通報會。但村民指出，村民只是去看了一下，當局說假話，是政府的人自己在那裏搞。

蒲飛：「如果出現一些選舉風波，或者是官方的臨時選舉中做一些票上的手腳，我也相信它們最後都會搬起石頭砸到自己的腳上，烏坎的維權隨時會再爆發。」

日前發生的烏坎抗暴事件，在廣東省委副書記朱明國和烏坎村代表林祖鑾談話，朱明國口頭答應村民的部分條件，緊張情勢才暫時紓緩。

旅德極權主義問題專家仲維光指出，中共暫時的退讓，是因為它們知道沒有能力撲滅烏坎民眾的抗爭，但中共擅長靈活的使用「快刀」或「軟刀子」來迫害民眾。

仲維光：「實際上，共產黨究竟採取哪種方法鎮壓，在它們自己來說，它們也會是很靈活的，所以烏坎村的勝利，要想保持這個勝利的局面，繼續有所推展，我認為就是，第一認清共產黨的本質，第二就是全國的民眾在各地都要藉鑒烏坎村民眾反抗的經驗，在各地都去採取有力的對抗共產黨的這種手段。」

時事評論員李天笑表示，從烏坎人方面說，可以認為維權抗爭取得了初步成果。從全體中國人方面說，也可以從烏坎成果中看到團結抗爭的力量和鼓舞信心。但中共絕對不會善罷甘休。從中共當局把釋放的三名村民代表定為「取保候審」，找藉口不歸還薛錦波遺體、尋機分化和迫害理事會領導、用工作組編造莫須有的證據等種種手段來看，中共尋機報復、秋後算賬的意圖非常明顯。

蒲飛也指出，如果當局只是急於滅火，玩欺騙手段而尋機報復的話，會帶來更為巨大的農民運動。

蒲飛：「任何時候官方這種欺騙伎倆，如果它這樣欺騙的話，騙一時不可能騙一世，如果它只是以滅火來處理烏坎事件的話，到最後很可能再引火燃身，帶來更用劇烈和巨大的農民運動。

李天笑認為：烏坎人唯有認清中共邪惡本質，徹底放棄對中共的幻想，堅持村民和理事會及青年團的團結一致，同時讓國際媒體持續曝光烏坎後續事件，才能破解中共的陰謀，擴大戰果，取得勝利。

Wukan Village Re-election Unacceptable

After attracting global attention, Wukan villagers protests

seem to be cooling down.

On Dec.28, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) dismissed

Wukan』s February general election, labeled it as illegal.

The authorities plan to have a re-election, but Wukan villagers

said they won』t accept the election.

Villagers said that land issues haven』t been handled well. If

CCP elects it』s own people, villagers will continue to protest.

Analysts pointed out that if the authorities deceive people,

It will result in larger protests.

Southcn.com reported that on Dec. 28, Guangdong Province

officials held a meeting in Wukan village.

Officials said that Wukan』s February election was illegal,

and there will be a re-election.

Wukan villagers pointed out that the land dispute hasn』t been

handled well, so they will not accept the new election.

Wukan villager: “We don』t want a re-election, as the land

issue hasn』t been handled well. They want to have an election.

We will have election, and all villagers will vote, but we will

not give them the chance to choose their own trustees.

During the meeting, Donghai County party committee said

they would launch the Wukan village party committee.

This will temporarily take over the Wukan villager committee.

Wukan villager: “They want to choose their own people,

electing the former party members and former cadres. We will not accept it.

We wait for village representatives』 opinions, and if the

authorities do not agree, we will continue the petition.”

Reports said over 300 people, including two committee

members, villagers and representatives, listened to the announcement.

Villagers pointed out that they only went there

to have a look. The authorities told lies.

It was only government officials in the meeting.

Pu Fei, China』s policy expert believes if the authorities

sincerely ask villagers to vote, it is good progress.

Those who truly serve the villagers will be elected.

Pu Fei: “The official confirmed February』s election is illegal,

but that is also good progress.

Without the authorities operating behind the public,

those who sincerely work for people will be elected for sure.

If there is problem during the election, or the authorities deceive

people, I believe that they will end up getting into trouble.

Wukan』s protests will start again.”

The Wukan incident has been cooling down after provincial

official Zhu Mingguo met with Wukan villager representatives.

Zhu verbally promised villagers conditions.

Zhong Weiguang, a totalitarian expert in Germany, said that

temporary CCP concessions are due to them not being able to diffuse protests.

However, the CCP is good at using hard

or soft tactics when necessary, to persecute people.

Zhong Weiguang: “In fact, which way the CCP chooses

to suppress protesters is very flexible.

To maintain the Wukan villager』s victory and make progress,

I think we need to address two issues.

One is to understand the CCP』s nature clearly.

The second is that the whole nation should learn from Wukan

villagers』 experiences, as an effective way to fight the CCP.”

Li Tianxiao, Current affair commentator, said that from

the Wukan villagers』 point of view, they won.

From people』s views nationally, we gain confidence by being

inspired and encouraged from Wukan』s uprising.

However, the CCP will not easily let you go.

We can tell from how the CCP dealt with detainees.

They were bailed out by“leniency for suspected criminals”.

The CCP found excuses for not returning Xue Jinbo』s body.

The CCP is looking to separate and persecute village cadres.

The CCP is using the official group』s influence to make up

fabricated evidence to use to retaliate later. The CCP』s intention is obvious.

Pu Fei pointed out that if the authorities just want to diffuse

the urgent situation,

but is deceiving the public in order to retaliate later,

it will bring an even greater uprising.

Pu Fei: “Any time the authorities use this way to deceive

people, it only works temporarily, but not forever.

If they treat Wukan incident like fighting a fire, they will get

fire on themselves, and will bring an even greater uprising.”

Li Tianxiao believes that Wukan villagers can only clearly

understand the CCP』s evil nature by giving up the hope on the CCP,

working together with the village committee and

the youth union.

Meanwhile, continuing to expose Wukan』s incident on the

international media, they will break the evil』s trickery and get the final victory.
