the CCP's intensified infighting, and falling of Zhou Yongkang,

the head the Political and Legislative Committee,

who had been a long-term persecutor of dissidents.

The Global Times, under the umbrella of the CCP mouthpiece,

People's Daily newspaper, reproduced an article on 27th March.

hasn't been eliminated yet, democracy uneasily takes root."

comment on "reform".
