【新唐人2011年7月20日訊】中國大陸的「防火牆之父」方濱興，最近過生日。他在生日那天，收到了網友的祝詞，不過，都是充滿了諷刺和挖苦。網友說，因為深受網絡封鎖、信息不自由之苦，但又無法改變現狀，所以一股怨氣就發在了方濱興身上。
7月17號是方濱興的生日，不少中國網友發信息挖苦諷刺。網友“愛學習的飯桶”說，「方濱興校長服從自己的良心，忍受大眾的侮辱。方校長配享天國的永生。」還有網友高唱《沒有方濱興就沒有防火長城》。
網友旺仔：“就是憤怒吧，說白了，他也就是個幫兇嘛。破壞通信自由，他明顯違法的嘛。”
當天晚上，方濱興擔任校長的「北京郵電大學」網站也遭到攻擊，雖然很快恢復正常，但網友已截圖並上傳。截圖顯示，網站首頁被替換成“GFW（防火長城）不滅 明年我還會來”的字樣。
網友徐亮：“因為這位方校長設計的防火牆把中國的言論嚴重的打壓了，但是如果要正面的反對他，可能很多網友還會被約見、或者被國保、被當局政府打壓。
更讓網民憤怒的是，《環球時報》今年2月報導，方濱興家裏電腦有多達6個虛擬私人網路（VPN），他自己可以藉此翻過自己參與設計的「網路防火長城」。
在國外，不受翻牆之苦的民眾也在關注著在牆內受困的大陸網民。澳洲節目《飢餓的野獸》主持人馬克芬內爾，特別在他的節目播出了一個動畫製作，批評中共的「防火牆」。
馬克芬內爾：“說真的，它一點不像一堵牆，而更像守護監獄的惡魔。有著森嚴的戒備，多層的圍欄，位於遙遠的荒島，全世界的網站只能通過區區九個網關接入中國。而即使通過了這些網關，你馬上碰到第一道牆，IP位址遮罩，這完全是控制人們在上傳甚麼的手段。每一臺電腦都有獨特的地址稱為IP地址，在中國，每臺電腦都被監視著。一旦發現哪臺電腦上傳了不受歡迎的內容，所有從這臺電腦上傳的內容都被和諧。”
馬克芬內爾說的第二道牆是，關鍵字的遮罩。他提到，“天安門”、“法輪功”、“西藏”、“達賴喇嘛”，還有BBC中文網、“維基百科”等等的都遭到遮罩。他認為，這些都源自於中共建立的自我審查制度。
馬克芬內爾：“多年來谷歌也在自願過濾搜索結果，當你搜索“法輪功”，結果只有污陷她的文章，儘管谷歌威脅要停止過濾搜索結果，雅虎還在這樣做，而且更出格，2001年雅虎把記者王小寧的用戶數據和郵箱交給中國政府，他現在在獄中服刑，刑期是十年。”
儘管中共防火牆如此強大，馬克芬內爾說，每天都有牆內的民眾用翻牆軟件翻到海外網站，瀏覽自由信息。馬克芬內爾甚至還認識中國網絡神獸“草泥馬”。
馬克芬內爾：“現在“草泥馬”被中國網友認為是反抗的精神像徵。這一靈感激發出了千千萬萬的視頻和網站，這就是今天的內容，全球最龐大和最具原創性的『網絡盾牌』和超越它的可愛『神獸』。”

"Birthday Wishes" to GFW』s Father
On his recent birthday,
Fang Binxing, “father of China』s Great Firewall (GFW)”,
received ironic and sarcastic “birthday wishes” from netizens.
Suffering due to Internet blockade and information censorship,
and without a way to change the status quo,
Chinese netizens vented their anger on Fang.
On Fang』s birthday, July 17,
many Chinese netizens sent wishes of sarcasm and irony.
One netizen named “Hardworking Wastrel” said,
“President Fang follows his conscience and
endures public humiliation.
He deserves eternal life in heaven.”
Another sang “Without Fang,
there is no Great Firewall.”
Netizen Wangzai exclaimed, “I』m simply angry!
To be frank, he [Fang] is nothing but an accomplice.
Violating freedom of speech and communication,
he has obviously broken the law.”
On the very evening, the site of Beijing University of Posts and
Telecommunications, where Fang is the president, was attacked.
Although the website was fixed soon after,
pictures of the attack had already spread online.
The pictures show words
“If GFW is not eliminated, I will come back next year.”
Netizen Xu Liang said, “GFW designed by Fang has
severely repressed public speech in China.
However, if netizens openly oppose him,
many will be warned by the authorities,
or even repressed by the national security.
What infuriates the people even more
is that as per the Global Times,
Fang』s PC has six virtual private networks (VPN),
with which he can easily bypass the GFW.
Overseas, people are concerned about
the trapped mainland Chinese netizens.
Mark Fennell,
host of the Australian TV show Hungry Beast,
broadcasted a cartoon in his show to criticize
the firewall of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
The second wall Fennell mentioned is
keyword filtration.
He said, "Tiananmen Square", "Falun Gong", "Tibet",
"Dalai Lama", BBC Chinese, Wikipedia, etc. are all blocked.
He believes that this is due to
the CCP』s self-censorship system.
Despite CCP』s powerful GFW, Fennell said,
everyday Chinese people use special software
to visit foreign websites for free information.
Fennell even knows about China's
\Internet animal "grass mud horse."
