法國外長與伊朗律師譴責“石刑”死刑

【新唐人2010年9月7日訊】法國外長庫甚內爾與伊朗律師穆斯塔法耶星期一共同譴責伊朗以通姦罪判處一名伊朗婦女石刑死刑，認為這是當今年代一種不可思議的暴行。

庫甚內爾當天在巴黎的新聞發佈會上說：“這是一種懲罰，一種難以想像的行為，可以稱其為野蠻暴行，像回到了中世紀， 這種刑法的背景是伊朗總統內賈德選舉後對人們鎮壓、逮捕、判刑以及處決，在選舉以後，伊朗的抗議活動仍然不斷， 繼續遭受可怕的鎮壓。”

3. (SOUNDBITE)(French) FRENCH FOREIGN MINISTER BERNARD KOUCHNER SAYING:

"This is a punishment, an act that is impossible to even imagine. It is the height of barbarity and a return to the Middle Ages. This sentence should be placed in the context of the oppression, of the arrests, of the sentencing and the executions that followed the elections that elected -- or at least that was the verdict -- President Ahmadinejad. After those elections the Green movement of protest was considerable and it continues to be terribly repressed."

為這名婦女辯護的伊朗律師，穆罕默德•穆斯塔法耶，也出現在新聞發佈會上.他說，“判處石刑死刑，在今天，在這個時代，是最殘酷的刑法，在我們這個年代難以想像。…..”

6. (SOUNDBITE)(Farsi) SAKINEH MOHAMMADI ASHTIANI'S LAWYER, MOHAMMED MOSTAFAEI SAYING:

"Firstly, this sentencing to stoning, to consider that today, in our age, it is the worst possible sentence. It's unimaginable in our age. The international pressure on the government is creating a sort of distortion. This distortion is having an impact on Sakineh, who is coming under extra pressure."

穆斯塔法耶因極力反對伊朗司法系統，和他的家人曾分別遭到伊朗當局的質詢、關押和逮捕。他已經受到挪威政府的政治庇護保護，與妻女分別在8月6日和9月2日逃亡到挪威。

在國際壓力下，伊朗司法當局決定暫緩對這名婦女執行石刑死刑，但仍可能執行這一死罰。
